I tried to exchange my order and at first I thought, okay, no big deal, this should be simple. But nope, it turned into such a hassle. The replies were slow, the return instructions weren’t clear, and I’m still sitting here with no real update on my refund. i was trying to be patient, but at this point I’m just over it. I don’t see myself ordering from fairplaybrand.com again.

I was about to place an order, but once I got to the payment part, I started feeling a bit unsure. It just didn’t look very secure to me, and I wasn’t totally comfortable putting in my card details. Maybe everything is fine, I don’t know, but I didn’t really want to take that chance. So I ended up leaving the site without buying anything. I think they really need to make the checkout feel a lot more trustworthy.

"Packaging showed up rough"
The box arrived crushed, like it had been through a lot, and the tape was barely holding everything together. Not exactly the best first impression.

I only wore this a handful of times before the seams started coming loose. At first I thought it was just one little spot, but this is where it got annoying, more threads kept popping out and it started looking worn out way too quickly. The quality feels cheap, and I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

I ordered two shirts in the exact same size, and somehow one fit like it was made for a child while the other was absolutely enormous. The size chart was basically useless, so I was left playing clothing roulette. Super annoying experience, i don’t see myself ordering again.

I tried wearing this a few different times, but it just never felt comfortable. It’s really stiff, and the fit rubs in the weirdest spots. How am I supposed to wear this all day?? Definitely not something I’d reach for again

"Fabric Just Didn’t Feel Good"
I ordered a shirt from fairplaybrand.com the first thing I thought when I touched it was, “Oh… this feels kind of cheap.” The fabric is rough and stiff, definitely not soft like I was expecting. I figured maybe it just needed a wash and would loosen up a bit, but nope, still feels the same. Kind of disappointing because I really wanted to like it, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again

"Am I the only one who feels..."
Am I the only one who feels like getting a refund from them takes way too long? I requested mine weeks ago and still haven’t gotten any clear update. Support replies, but it’s always super short and doesn’t really move anything forward. It feels like I have to keep chasing them just to get my own money back. Really frustrating.
"Fit was all over the place"
I ordered my normal size because, you know, that’s usually the whole point of a size chart, but this shirt fit nothing like I expected. The shoulders were weirdly tight, while the rest of it was just long and kind of baggy in the wrong places. It felt like two different shirts got combined somehow. Also, the return process was more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with. Anyway, lesson learned, I wouldn’t buy this again.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a hoodie and felt disappointed when it arrived. The fabric felt thinner and cheaper than I expected, especially for the price, and I kept wondering if I was just being too picky. But after one wash, the shape went strange and there were loose threads in the stitching too. I was really hoping it would feel more solid and last better. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d feel confident ordering from here again
"Showed in stock, but apparently wasn’t"
I ordered an item because the site said it was available, but then later I was told it was actually out of stock. Maybe I should’ve checked somewhere else first, but I was in a hurry and figured if it let me pay, it was good to go. Frustrating to wait and then find out after the fact. The inventory on the site really needs to be updated better. Not the best first order experience for me.

The prices on fairplaybrand.com felt way too high for what I actually got. The site kind of makes it seem like you’re getting a fair deal, but in reality it didn’t feel that way at all.
I waited for a discount because I figured the promo would make it more reasonable, but it barely took anything off. Once shipping was added, the total was almost the same, which was frustrating after the sale was made to look like a bigger deal than it was.
I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless the discounts actually match what they’re promising. It just felt like one of those situations where the offer sounds good upfront, but the final price tells a different story...

"Shipping was just... way too high"
I was about to order something from fairplaybrand.com, had it in my cart and everything, but then the shipping cost popped up and yeah... it was way more than I expected. I don’t mind paying for delivery, obviously, but for a normal order it just felt like too much. Kind of made the whole purchase not worth it in the end, so I ended up closing the cart instead

"Loose stitching after just one wash"
I bought a hoodie from Fairplay Brand after one wash the stitching was already coming loose. The seams looked kind of uneven too, like it just wasn’t put together very well. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot better, but it just felt cheap. Probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"Really hard site to use"
I went on Fairplay Brand just trying to check out a hoodie, what a joke. The site was super frustrating to use. Pages were loading slow, the menu kept shifting around, and the filters barely worked on my phone.
The checkout process was confusing too, and I had to keep going back to fix things like three different times. It might look decent at first, but actually using it was such a hassle that I gave up before placing an order. 1 star for the website experience.

I’ve emailed them twice now and haven’t heard a thing. It’s frustrating when all you need is a quick answer. If this is how their support is going to be, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else unless they sort it out.

For what I paid, I expected way better quality. It already feels overpriced, and then having to deal with extra fixes and hassle just made it even more frustrating. I don’t mind putting in a little effort if something is worth it, but this was way more work than it should’ve been.
